Completion: fix the update of the window position
The window position was updated too many times. In some situations, we
could see the intermediate positions, if these intermediate positions
were not the same as the final position. So when typing characters
at a
certain speed, the completion window was shaking. Although it's quite
funny, it's better if it is fixed :)

Completion: remove interactive_providers struct field
When a provider is added to Completion, it is added in the list of all
providers, in the 'providers' struct field. It was also added to
the list
of interactive providers if the provider supports the interactive
activation.
The problem is that if the provider wants to change its mind and wants
to add or drop support of interactive activation, _after_ it has been
added to the Completion, this didn't work as expected.
A workaround was to remove and re-add the provider to the Completion,
but it is really a hack.
So it's better, when starting an interactive completion, to always
check
all the providers.

Use GLIB_VERSION_MIN_REQUIRED, GLIB_VERSION_MAX_ALLOWED, etc
It will report warnings when the required version of GLib or GTK+
is not
correct.
For example if we use a new GTK+ function without bumping the
dependency
version, a warning will be printed.
It assumes that GLIB_CHECK_VERSION() is not used, so the minimum
required version is the same as the maximum allowed one.

Show mnemonics in the main completion window
Before, the mnemonic for the Details button was always hidden, even if
we pressed Alt, because the completion window doesn't have the focus.
It would be possible to show the mnemonic only at appropriate
times, but
it would be too difficult for such a small detail (I know, Every
Details
Matters, but simple code matters too :).
So it's better to always have the mnemonic visible, than never.

Completion: remove debug messages
I personaly use gdb, or I sometimes add temporary g_message()s at
very specific places. Those specific places change for each bug. IMHO
it's not useful to keep the debug messages.

Completion: use gtk_widget_get_visible() instead of is_visible()
gtk_widget_is_visible() is a new GTK+ function. The required
version of
GTK+ has not been updated in configure.ac.
But anyway the main_window is a toplevel widget, so get_visible() is
sufficient.
