GSettingsBackend: use a GWeakRef during dispatch
Instead of a full reference, which causes problems for clients that

valgrind: Add false positive to suppressions file
Valgrind will check that the third argument to ioctl() is a valid
pointer, but some ioctls interpret that argument as an integer,
and that
is the case here (it's a file descriptor), so this is a false
positive.

gio-querymodules: Make the output reproducible
Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed that
queryimmodules generates non-reproducible output as it iterates
over the
filesystem without sorting.
