Keep installing a gtk-3.0/gtk.css file
Tweak UIs such as gnome-tweak-tool and others look for this
file to determine the presence of themes. Keep installing it
at least until GTK+ offers an API to list builtin themes.

metacity-themes: Drop duplicate distance properties from max geometry
These are the same as the ones in the normal geometry the max geometry
inherits from.
