pathbar: set a maximum label width for pathbar buttons
Set a maximum allowed width of 250px for pathbar button requisitions,
and ellipsize after that. This fixes buttons disappearing completely
from the pathbar in case there was not enough space to show the
complete
folder name,
I am not sure I completely like this approach in all the situations,
since there might be some value in showing more of a very long folder
name if there's space available on screen, but unfortunately, it's not
really possible without restructuring completely the way
NautilusPathBar
allocates children.

Remove extra panes
Extra Pane mode was somewhat useful before GNOME 3 had side by side
window mode.
The combination of panes and tabs is just too much. It is inconsistent

In got_file_info_for_view_selection_callback(), we unconditionally try
to fetch information for the parent directory in case the selection

file: add note to the list of excluded metadata emblems
This also slightly changes the behavior for emblems added by an
extension: before the patch they were subject to the same exclusion
list of metadata keywords. Now they are added unconditionally,
since we
assume an extension knows better and will always want the emblem
list it
sets properly displayed.

file: don't automatically prepend a note emblem for annotated files
Since we don't support editing notes in the UI anymore, it doesn't

sense to display a note emblem when the file is annotated.
